Vladimiro Ledesma took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nunez Distiratsu. Nunez Distiratsu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamin Onofre in the 11th minute of play forced Mechita F.C's goalkeeper Alessio Treglia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 12 minutes into the game, Edelmiro Velasco cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Nunez Distiratsu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tim Zanetti was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 17th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Nunez Distiratsu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edelmiro Velasco, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Benjamin Onofre made a kick off. After 52 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Mechita F.C! 54 minutes into the game, Julian Fagildo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Alessio Treglia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience was convinced that Edelmiro Velasco's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nunez Distiratsu was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. Nunez Distiratsu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edelmiro Velasco in the 58th minute of the match. Nunez Distiratsu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vladimiro Ledesma went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-7 was the resulting score. Mechita F.C made a substitution. Teobaldo Jenaro replaced Edelmiro Velasco. In the 79th match minute, C.A. Independiente was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lorenzo Ledesma to maneuver through the defense. 80 minutes into the match, C.A. Independiente's goal looked a bit too open when Richard Lanckneus came free, but Nunez Distiratsu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alessio Treglia came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by C.A. Independiente's Benjamin Onofre. But to his dismay, Benjamin Onofre quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-7. After 85 minutes, Benjamin Onofre mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C.A. Independiente and the Mechita F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 86th minute, Benjamin Onofre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 92nd minute, Richard Lanckneus left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mechita F.C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-9. At last the ball reached Vladimiro Ledesma at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of C.A. Independiente. 2-10. Mechita F.C played a much better game than C.A. Independiente and deserved their victory. The C.A. Independiente players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
