In the 7th minute, Robustiano Domingues ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Victor Lizardi was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. When the match clock showed 11 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Robustiano Domingues sped through LP FC -OFF-'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Victor Lizardi. In the 18thth minute of the game Robustiano Domingues who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LP FC -OFF-'s Victor Lizardi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lucio Roldanillo scored 0-4 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Victor Lizardi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Robustiano Domingues put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of Victor Lizardi. Victor Lizardi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience was convinced that Robustiano Domingues's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Victor Lizardi was relentless in the 47th minute of the game. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-8 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Robustiano Domingues was the one to do the kick off. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 68 minutes into the game, Robustiano Domingues recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Victor Lizardi. Robustiano Domingues showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-12. Lucio Roldanillo's late challenge caught a LP FC -OFF-'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lucio Roldanillo helped the player get up and apologised. Robustiano Domingues's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 75thth minute, Victor Lizardi skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 76 minutes, Robustiano Domingues made it 0-14 with a short kick to the right side. LP FC -OFF-'s Victor Lizardi tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 87 minutes into the game, Robustiano Domingues lined in a short shot 0-16 behind a frustrated Victor Lizardi. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Robustiano Domingues in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Victor Lizardi saved LP FC -OFF- from getting behind. Phoenix Athletic played a much better game than LP FC -OFF- and deserved their victory. The LP FC -OFF- players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
