Martelli City Club's Grant Muro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fagildo Pamanes in the 6th minute of play. Grant Muro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bolo Bolaño, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fagildo Pamanes in the 13th minute of play forced Martelli City Club's goalkeeper Grant Muro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Consejo del Mate's zone, Valdo Vabamüürlane stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hugo Orlando Gatti came out of the goal and Valdo Vabamüürlane tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 18th minute, Danilo Gomesano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Consejo del Mate fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Grant Muro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bolo Bolaño in the 25th minute of the match. Serafin Bonadona scored 2-3 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hugo Orlando Gatti, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half Consejo del Mate were leading 2-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Bolo Bolaño made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Martelli City Club's goal looked a bit too open when Fagildo Pamanes came free, but Grant Muro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Danilo Gomesano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Consejo del Mate's supporters rose to their feet, but Danilo Gomesano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Grant Muro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 56 minutes into the match, Martelli City Club's goalkeeper Grant Muro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Danilo Gomesano. Javier Betadur took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Grant Muro. Grant Muro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4. Consejo del Mate's Bolo Bolaño was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 65th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After a rather tough play, Consejo del Mate's Hernan Quinton got a free kick in the 68th minute. Grant Muro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Danilo Gomesano in the 70th minute. Martelli City Club's Horacio Ospetsu was substituted for Valdo Vabamüürlane. Consejo del Mate made a substitution. Peyo Fonelleda replaced Bolo Bolaño. The corner ended in Fagildo Pamanes almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Martelli City Club's Grant Muro did a great save. Miguel Luix received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Hugo Orlando Gatti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Horacio Ospetsu during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Consejo del Mate booed when Martelli City Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Horacio Ospetsu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Consejo del Mate's Santo Lorenz got a free kick in the 94th minute. When the final whistle sounded Consejo del Mate left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Martelli City Club.
