Filiberto Benet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernesto Moise in the 3rd minute of the match. After 8 played minutes Alcones FC got a freekick which was hit by Freddy Maxin. With his leg Hector Fidencio managed to avoid a goal in the 10thth minute, when Alcones FC's Damaso Lico fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Freddy Maxin lost his temper 12 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 12 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Alcones FC! Alcones FC:s Filiberto Benet showed great skill when he stopped Celso Quintyn:s penalty. In the 17th minute Jorge Gotzon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filiberto Benet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd minute, Horst Schulitz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 24th minute, Jorge Gotzon ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Filiberto Benet was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Filiberto Benet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jorge Gotzon in the 27th minute of the match. Filiberto Benet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from René Orlando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 40 minutes into the match, Alcones FC's goal looked a bit too open when René Orlando came free, but Filiberto Benet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alcones FC's Filiberto Benet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by René Orlando in the 47th minute of play. The Alcones FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Unión De Santa Fe were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Damaso Lico to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Alcones FC's goalkeeper Filiberto Benet had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jorge Gotzon. Filiberto Benet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paskal Ayarza, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Ernesto Moise's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Filiberto Benet read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. After 55 minutes Alcones FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Celso Quintyn who took care of the corner kick. In the 68th minute, Unión De Santa Fe's Jorge Gotzon dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. Jorge Gotzon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Filiberto Benet made a huge save. 84 minutes into the match, Ernesto Moise dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Filiberto Benet, 1-4. Filiberto Benet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from René Orlando, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Yang Zhan Xiao got free with Filiberto Benet in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 94th minute, Damaso Lico hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Alcones FC's Filiberto Benet got control of the ball when Jorge Gotzon tried to sneak it across the goal line. Unión De Santa Fe played a much better game than Alcones FC and deserved their victory. The Alcones FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
