BROLY FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claudio-Paul Caniggia in the 16th minute of play forced BROLY FC's goalkeeper Ovidio Cortez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elias Firmin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marten Palermo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 43 minutes into the game, Jaime Ponciano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. BROLY FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Galmock FC the free kick. In the 44th match minute, BROLY FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jaime Ponciano to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to BROLY FC getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Humberto Rolado hit a great ball. After 45 minutes of play, Galmock FC's Valentin Valentine made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ovidio Cortez was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell 谢伟文 to make the kick off.
