Fabiano Di Vincenzo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Petrică Ştefoi made a huge save. When Kostas Masaboukas fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Atletico Juanita's protests and gave Kostas Masaboukas a yellow card for diving instead. Carlos Goyeneta was left in no man's land by his defense there! Although Gaviotas FC had been in control for most of the match, Club Atletico Juanita still came away with the win.
