Gervasio Firmin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pierre-Antoine Naudon, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. 12 minutes into the game, Arnoldo Sol cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Best Castray was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gervasio Firmin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pierre-Antoine Naudon in the 17th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hermengildo Sarracino in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Best Castray prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, ARGIES's Fan Zhan Zheng got a free kick in the 22nd minute. ARGIES's Best Castray proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save ARGIES from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Eduardo Da Silva kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Best Castray. That made the score 2-0 in the 22 minute of play. Best Castray took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hermengildo Sarracino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 33rd minute, Justino Lizar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 34th minute Hermengildo Sarracino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Best Castray saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hermengildo Sarracino in the 34th minute of play forced ARGIES's goalkeeper Best Castray to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, ARGIES's Best Castray got control of the ball when Domingos Bidun tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bridgestone FC's Gervasio Firmin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pierre-Antoine Naudon in the 41st minute of play. Lázaro Peio's late challenge caught a Bridgestone FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eduardo Da Silva made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Bridgestone FC's goal looked a bit too open when Justino Lizar came free, but Gervasio Firmin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Juan Pueblo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gervasio Firmin was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. Pierre-Antoine Naudon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bridgestone FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
