TALLERES CBA's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When Ladislao Truylos came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the TOYOTA Panasonic RacingF1 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ladislao Truylos couldn't finish the play. In the 14th minute, Cecilio Ermano fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Feliciano Ongile took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dobromir Malkanov. Dobromir Malkanov dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If Gerrit Struyf had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 27 minutes into the match, Cecilio Ermano dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Arnaldo Ledesma, 1-1. 29 minutes into the match, TOYOTA Panasonic RacingF1's goal looked a bit too open when Gerrit Struyf came free, but Arnaldo Ledesma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 30 minutes into the match, TOYOTA Panasonic RacingF1's goalkeeper Arnaldo Ledesma had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gerrit Struyf. An unexpectedly hard shot by Feliciano Ongile in the 32nd minute of play forced TALLERES CBA's goalkeeper Dobromir Malkanov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lisandro Cristos scored 2-1 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arnaldo Ledesma, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 39 minutes into the match, TALLERES CBA's goal looked a bit too open when Ladislao Truylos came free, but Dobromir Malkanov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anselmo Oton took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dobromir Malkanov. Dobromir Malkanov dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-2 at half-time.

Melchor Nuno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnaldo Ledesma having to interfere. Arnaldo Ledesma made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lisandro Cristos in the 57th minute of play. TALLERES CBA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Lorenzo Martxot in the 59th minute. TALLERES CBA's Lorenzo Martxot was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Arnaldo Ledesma in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerrit Struyf in the 60th minute of play forced TOYOTA Panasonic RacingF1's goalkeeper Arnaldo Ledesma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The long shot by Anselmo Oton in the 63rd minute really tested Dobromir Malkanov's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anselmo Oton in the 64th minute of play forced TALLERES CBA's goalkeeper Dobromir Malkanov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 70th minute, Lisandro Cristos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arnaldo Ledesma was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-2. Guido Daunte kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. 83 minutes into the game, TALLERES CBA's Gerrit Struyf nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arnaldo Ledesma made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-2. In the 86th minute, Cecilio Ermano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dobromir Malkanov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anselmo Oton in the 92nd minute of the match. TOYOTA Panasonic RacingF1 were furious when Cayetano Donostia was red carded, 94 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 93 minutes into the game, one of TOYOTA Panasonic RacingF1:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave TALLERES CBA a penalty, 96 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Lorenzo Martxot, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of TOYOTA Panasonic RacingF1's Arnaldo Ledesma. 7-2. Arnaldo Ledesma showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Melchor Nuno in the 98th minute of the match. The supporters of TALLERES CBA booed when TOYOTA Panasonic RacingF1 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 99 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vicente Sayveon didn't get a good kick on the ball. TALLERES CBA's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
