But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jurand Barciniak couldn't finish the play. Herminio Arnas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mete Gol, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. ANTIBOSTEROS FUTBOL CLUB's Teodoro Montez got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 10th minute, Olaf Latocha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Herminio Arnas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benito Naldo in the 13th minute of play. Ernesto Emmanuel made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Everardo Berasko sent off a good shot on target. Teodoro Montez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Herminio Arnas came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Madison's Benito Naldo. But to his dismay, Benito Naldo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The referee felt a red card was in order, 25 minutes into the game, when Olaf Latocha put in a rough tackle. 25 minutes into the game, one of ANTIBOSTEROS FUTBOL CLUB:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 27th minute there was a penalty for Madison. Bartosz Salamon stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Herminio Arnas. 0-2. Ernesto Emmanuel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mats Rombouts, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benito Naldo in the 36th minute of play forced ANTIBOSTEROS FUTBOL CLUB's goalkeeper Herminio Arnas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benito Naldo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mats Rombouts in the 42nd minute of play forced Madison's goalkeeper Ernesto Emmanuel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 42 minutes into the game, Mats Rombouts cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Ernesto Emmanuel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

The audience was convinced that Benito Naldo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Herminio Arnas was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. Herminio Arnas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ás Ronaldo, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Herminio Arnas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mete Gol in the 62nd minute. After 66 minutes of play, Madison's Ás Ronaldo made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Juan Fernando Quintero might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Herminio Arnas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Herminio Arnas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benito Naldo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner went over the outstretched arms of ANTIBOSTEROS FUTBOL CLUB's goalie and right to Leo Lesardo. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. ANTIBOSTEROS FUTBOL CLUB's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benito Naldo in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Herminio Arnas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Herminio Arnas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ás Ronaldo in the 86th minute of the match. In the 87th minute Bartosz Salamon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herminio Arnas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ás Ronaldo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Herminio Arnas made a huge save. 95 minutes into the match, Madison's goal looked a bit too open when Everardo Berasko came free, but Ernesto Emmanuel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The ANTIBOSTEROS FUTBOL CLUB supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Madison's performance. The match ended with a win for Madison.
