Baldomiro Cibran showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abelardo Marquez, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. 20 minutes into the match, Marcel Dinescu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Christian Tino, 1-0. In the 29th minute of the match, Leonel Semeno got a very nice opportunity to score, but Christian Tino was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post.
