San Antonio FC's Roberto Navarro was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ferdinand Poenaru in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 15th minute Raul Moise shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Freddy Bittor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Feliberto Deunoro kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Ferdinand Poenaru stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Feliberto Deunoro's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. Roberto Navarro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Ferdinand Poenaru made a huge save. In the 24th minute Raul Moise shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Freddy Bittor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roberto Navarro came free with the goalkeeper in the 26th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Ferdinand Poenaru could save by the left post. Roberto Navarros short, quick shot in the 26thth minute got Ferdinand Poenaru to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 27th minute Feliberto Deunoro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ferdinand Poenaru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Raul Moise received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Freddy Bittor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 36 minutes, Ferdinand Poenaru successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. With a little luck, Sportivo Desamparados's Ferdinand Poenaru got control of the ball when Feliberto Deunoro tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 44th match minute, San Antonio FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Constantino Eneto to maneuver through the defense. Justino Dayam recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Pitoy Corton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of San Antonio FC booed when Sportivo Desamparados was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. King Chiellini didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 63rd minute, Giuliano Lovera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonas Paublo kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Roberto Navarro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Roberto Navarro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 77 played minutes, Sportivo Desamparados's Justino Dayam shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Freddy Bittor came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sportivo Desamparados reached it. After a rather tough play, San Antonio FC's Hamilton Araújo got a free kick in the 80th minute. After 81 played minutes San Antonio FC got a freekick which was hit by Hamilton Araújo. Anibal Montrel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 95th minute, Abel Olivar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
