NUMBA's Bernardino Orlin was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Eustacio Vincente in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Jonatan Palban sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 10 minutes, Jonatan Palban managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. NUMBA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonatan Palban was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jonatan Palban's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eustacio Vincente read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. Justo Ruy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niel Van de Zande, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. After having played for 17 minutes, Niel Van de Zande managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The Proser Gures's supporters crossed their fingers, but Niel Van de Zande was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to The Proser Gures getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Bonifacio Idacio hit a great ball. Eustacio Vincente didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jonatan Palban went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Niel Van de Zande came free with the goalkeeper in the 24th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Justo Ruy could save by the left post. A collision led to The Proser Gures getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Alvaro Ospin hit a great ball. Niel Van de Zande could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Justo Ruy made a huge save. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Niel Van de Zande put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Justo Ruy. 40 minutes into the game, Jonatan Palban cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Eustacio Vincente was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 44 played minutes The Proser Gures got a freekick which was hit by Pekin Enginalp. After 45 minutes, Fabio Sadurni mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the NUMBA and the The Proser Gures players grew even worse after the yellow card. The Proser Gures's Santiago Clodio was substituted for Qian Zhen. The supporters of The Proser Gures booed when NUMBA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabio Sadurni didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half NUMBA were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jonatan Palban stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The Proser Gures's Prudencio Uxio was substituted for Niel Van de Zande. 70 minutes into the match, The Proser Gures's goalkeeper Eustacio Vincente had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jonatan Palban. In the 75th minute, Prudencio Uxio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Justo Ruy was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Jonatan Palbans short, quick shot in the 84thth minute got Eustacio Vincente to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 86 minutes into the game, Jonatan Palban cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-4. Eustacio Vincente was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jonatan Palban who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 89thth minute tested the skills of Eustacio Vincente when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Prudencio Uxio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. NUMBA's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
