Carel Rokeloos started the match with the kick off. Hermengildo Niguel's late challenge caught a MORPH's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hermengildo Niguel helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of MORPH booed when Trinchera FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hermengildo Niguel didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 8 played minutes MORPH got a freekick which was hit by Ivan Gil. 10 minutes into the match, Carel Rokeloos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Herminio Roderigo. Trinchera FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carel Rokeloos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 14th minute, Carel Rokeloos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 20 minutes into the match, Carel Rokeloos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Herminio Roderigo. After 25 played minutes MORPH got a freekick which was hit by Celedonio Esquipula. Herminio Roderigo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carel Rokeloos in the 28th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roque Pero in the 31st minute of play forced MORPH's goalkeeper Melquiades Mambru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sebastian Celio made a great header on Trinchera FC's corner, it was just that MORPH's Melquiades Mambru managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Trinchera FC's goalkeeper Herminio Roderigo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 41 minutes into the match, Trinchera FC's goal looked a bit too open when Carel Rokeloos came free, but Herminio Roderigo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Trinchera FC getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Siro Cedro hit a great ball.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Eloy Dimas in the 52nd minute of play forced MORPH's goalkeeper Melquiades Mambru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 53 minutes into the game, Carel Rokeloos recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Herminio Roderigo. Carel Rokeloos showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. Melquiades Mambru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roque Pero in the 56th minute of the match. In the 67th minute MORPH were awarded a corner. Ambrosio Estevez went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 67th minute, Simon Gustafson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Simon Gustafson got the opportunity to take care of a free kick it resulted in a really dangerous shot that almost went in the goal. Instead the ball went too high, a missed opportunity for MORPH. Herminio Roderigo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulo Eguen, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Trinchera FC's zone, Paulo Eguen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Herminio Roderigo came out of the goal and Paulo Eguen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 77 minutes into the match, MORPH's Paulo Eguen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Herminio Roderigo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. MORPH's Ambrosio Estevez quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Prudencio Matxin, made in the 86th minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 92 minutes, Paulo Eguen took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Herminio Roderigo to make any attempt to save it. In the 95th minute, Roque Pero had to leave the field with a concussion. Anastasio Lluques charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anastasio Lluques the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The MORPH players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
