After a rather tough play, Los Informaticos A.C.'s Isaac Suero got a free kick in the 18th minute. Gaston Eleazar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Baltasar Nazario in the 20th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Thanos Touboulis in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bruno Brufau saved Buceo Barracas from getting behind. Azim Askers short, quick shot in the 23rdth minute got Gaston Eleazar to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 24 minutes into the match, Los Informaticos A.C.'s Luke Skywalker sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bruno Brufau narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 28 minutes into the match, Dionisio Lonzo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gaston Eleazar. Los Informaticos A.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dionisio Lonzo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Luke Skywalker fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Brufau having to interfere. 47 minutes into the match, Los Informaticos A.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Santiago Omero came free, but Gaston Eleazar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Azim Asker to make the kick off. After 56 played minutes Buceo Barracas got a freekick which was hit by Julio Eusko. Luke Skywalker's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bruno Brufau read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. Gaston Eleazar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Macerio Fábera in the 61st minute of play. A collision led to Los Informaticos A.C. getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Carlos Augusto Gaúcho hit a great ball. Natalio Eztebe hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Los Informaticos A.C.'s Carlos Augusto Gaúcho managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Julio Eusko in the 77 minute of the game. Thanos Touboulis's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 80thth minute, Bruno Brufau skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal.
