Maximino Patrido stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Candido Lavalle's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Candido Lavalle in the 16th minute. Miguel Galindo came free with the goalkeeper in the 18th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Ramon Lavalle could save by the left post. Ramon Lavalle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel Galindo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 22nd minute, Oscar Cortez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Candido Lavalle in the 25th minute. C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE's Candido Lavalle was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Maximino Patrido in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Maximino Patrido showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Candido Lavalle in the 25th minute of the match. C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE's Ramon Lavalle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Galindo in the 28th minute of play. The supporters of C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE booed when Pilar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mateo Gaufred didn't get a good kick on the ball. GENERAL LAVALLE's Jeremias Lavalle made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Maximino Patrido was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

In the 55th minute, Jeremias Lavalle got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 60th minute, Gavino Modestio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Pilar's Maximino Patrido got control of the ball when Jaak Lavalle tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jeremias Lavalle got free with Maximino Patrido in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Candido Lavalle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximino Patrido having to interfere. Maximino Patrido showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Candido Lavalle in the 70th minute of the match. Pilar's Maximino Patrido proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Pilar from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Candido Lavalle in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maximino Patrido saved Pilar from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicholas Tanguay in the 78th minute of play forced C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE's goalkeeper Ramon Lavalle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 80 minutes into the game, Jeremias Lavalle cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Maximino Patrido was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 84th match minute, Pilar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gavino Modestio to maneuver through the defense. In the 85th minute, Candido Lavalle sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Pilar's Maximino Patrido didn't even have to move. Jeremias Lavalle could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Maximino Patrido made a huge save. Maximino Patrido made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Jaak Lavalle sent off a good shot on target. After 91 minutes, Candido Lavalle made it 1-4 with a short kick to the right side. Pilar's Maximino Patrido tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE's Ramon Lavalle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Galindo in the 96th minute of play. The Pilar supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE's performance. The match ended with a win for C.S. y D. GENERAL LAVALLE.
