Kryptoniano Maradona's Robustiano Ricart played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valério Vilaça in the 8th minute of play. DIABLOS ROJOS FC were awarded a corner in the 10th minute after Kryptoniano Maradona's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Edgardo Maria took the corner. After taking down the ball on DIABLOS ROJOS FC's corner Edgardo Maria fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Robustiano Ricart quite easily take care of the ball. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arkadiusz Walec couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Kryptoniano Maradona booed when DIABLOS ROJOS FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Artizar didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 81st minute, Jacobo Joseph fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After 82 played minutes DIABLOS ROJOS FC got a freekick which was hit by Alexandre Barbosa. 84 minutes into the match, DIABLOS ROJOS FC's goalkeeper Abelardo Giro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arkadiusz Walec. Abelardo Giro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arkadiusz Walec in the 85th minute. Alexandre Barbosa hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Arkadiusz Walec managed to get in a good position for a shot. Arkadiusz Walec could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Abelardo Giro made a huge save. If Valério Vilaça had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kryptoniano Maradona were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over DIABLOS ROJOS FC's much stronger midfield.
