When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Kim Lekberg put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Du Qing Zhou. Kim Lekberg scored 0-2 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Du Qing Zhou, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dochko Rodev was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Higinio Elequemedo. Lance Kuch could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Dochko Rodev made a huge save. After the first half Club Atletico Los Andes were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Lance Kuch made the kick off in the second half. Club.Atletico Puerto Arge's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Higinio Elequemedo in the 55th minute. The corner led Club.Atletico Puerto Arge's Higinio Elequemedo to fire away a dangerous shot which Dochko Rodev despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 56 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Los Andes's goal looked a bit too open when Dario Arnau came free, but Dochko Rodev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Orlando Inautzi hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Club.Atletico Puerto Arge defense, Kim Lekberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Du Qing Zhou. The Club.Atletico Puerto Arge fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Du Qing Zhou should have stopped the shot. Kim Lekberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Du Qing Zhou. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kim Lekberg ran back to his position shaking his head. Kim Lekberg's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Du Qing Zhou firmly grabbed it by the left post. Club Atletico Los Andes's Fabio Peli was substituted for Donald Trump. Club Atletico Los Andes's Steven Garner-Currie was substituted for Matias Rivas. After 70 minutes Club.Atletico Puerto Arge's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tomáš Lamačka who took care of the corner kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Club.Atletico Puerto Arge's goalie and right to Orlando Inautzi. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Club.Atletico Puerto Arge's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. When the match clock showed 77 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Kim Lekberg sped through Club.Atletico Puerto Arge's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Du Qing Zhou. Du Qing Zhou made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. The Club.Atletico Puerto Arge fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Club Atletico Los Andes were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
