Maximo Godoy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiburcio Elizardo in the 37th minute of the match. Marcelo Goito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Marcelo Goito made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, New Pi's Leandro Tibalt ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Serafin Hitzeder. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jorge Osorio got free with Serafin Hitzeder in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in New Pi's zone, Lázár Simon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maximo Godoy came out of the goal and Lázár Simon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a defensive mix-up in Acoite FC's zone, Roque Argina stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. After 66 played minutes New Pi got a freekick which was hit by Stamatis Papadopoulos. After a rather tough play, New Pi's Gastón Turuk got a free kick in the 68th minute. Roque Argina showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-6. Acoite FC's Donato Rosio was substituted for Lázár Simon. Acoite FC's Daniel Arnas was substituted for Giorgos Kanakaris. 86 minutes into the match, Acoite FC's goal looked a bit too open when Roque Argina came free, but Serafin Hitzeder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jorge Osorio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Serafin Hitzeder read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. In the 94th minute, Roque Argina reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Serafin Hitzeder. The goal made the score 1-8.
