In the 20thth minute of the game Hans-Martin Haugsvær who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cervatero's Hilario Godoy was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mehmet Hakkı Kınıkaslan in the 25th minute of play forced Goyo Rivas FC's goalkeeper Lars Seidenfad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 25 minutes into the match, Goyo Rivas FC's goalkeeper Lars Seidenfad had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mehmet Hakkı Kınıkaslan. After having played for 27 minutes, Piotrek Stepin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Goyo Rivas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Piotrek Stepin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hilario Godoy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Piotrek Stepin in the 27th minute of the match. After 28 minutes Cervatero's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Alejandro Ordono who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Goyo Rivas FC's Alejandro Ordono to fire away a dangerous shot which Hilario Godoy despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivan Santio in the 31st minute of play forced Goyo Rivas FC's goalkeeper Lars Seidenfad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Cervatero getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Marcelo Cheche hit a great ball. In the 39thth minute of the game Hans-Martin Haugsvær who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cervatero's Hilario Godoy was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Goyo Rivas FC's Lars Seidenfad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mehmet Hakkı Kınıkaslan in the 46th minute of play.

The wind increased when Mehmet Hakkı Kınıkaslan made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Ivan Santio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lars Seidenfad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Alvaro Hernandez put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Lars Seidenfad. With a left leg Lars Seidenfad saved Goyo Rivas FC from getting behind. When Florentino Francesco fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Goyo Rivas FC's protests and gave Florentino Francesco a yellow card for diving instead. In the 70th match minute, Goyo Rivas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florentino Francesco to maneuver through the defense. Goyo Rivas FC's Godfredo Domiku was substituted for Florentino Francesco. Florentino Francesco hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Mehmet Hakkı Kınıkaslan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lars Seidenfad was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. Cervatero's Hilario Godoy proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Cervatero from getting a goal against them. Lars Seidenfad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivan Santio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 81st match minute, Goyo Rivas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kristjan Laanes to maneuver through the defense. In the 95th minute, Cervatero's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Cirilo Pelayo fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Goyo Rivas FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
