Kristjan Laanes was slow to take the kick. During this time Goyo Rivas FC's players had a chance to rest. Alejandro Ordono recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 13th minute Israel Cloyo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Egun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Goyo Rivas FC's Godfredo Domiku managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Radomir Kondysar in the 47 minute of the game. After having played for 48 minutes, Kristjan Laanes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Goyo Rivas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kristjan Laanes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hans-Martin Haugsvær made a kick off. Kristjan Laanes struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Goyo Rivas FC's Aristides Abeijon was substituted for Emanuel Jakes. Goyo Rivas FC made a substitution. Cirilo Pelayo replaced Hans-Martin Haugsvær. With an all-out effort, La Primera Barra 1968's David Egun threw himself towards the right post 91 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Israel Cloyo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 95th minute Piotrek Stepin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernando Llorian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Goyo Rivas FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while La Primera Barra 1968 had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
