The audience was convinced that Erasmo Lorencio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dibag Martinez was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Erasmo Lorencio in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dibag Martinez saved La Pantera Azulgrana from getting behind. In the 21st match minute, La Pantera Azulgrana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bob Marley to maneuver through the defense. Severino Hulberto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romarinho Riquelme, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Severino Hulberto managed to avoid a goal in the 24thth minute, when La Pantera Azulgrana's Bob Marley fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Severino Hulberto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rivermania FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
