In the 3rdth minute of the game Andrzej Ziolkowski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Forest Green's Domingos Dolcet was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Domingos Dolcet stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Andrzej Ziolkowski's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. Domingos Dolcet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clay Goodson in the 5th minute of play. In the 7th minute Emanuel Bergfelt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lino Gonzo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 8th minute Forest Green were awarded a corner. Enzo Gora went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Forest Green's corner Enzo Gora fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Lino Gonzo quite easily take care of the ball. The supporters of Forest Green booed when Casres was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Clay Goodson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 13th minute, Miguel Ángel Converti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lino Gonzo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Bergfelt in the 17th minute of play. When Aurelio Ignazio fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Forest Green's protests and gave Aurelio Ignazio a yellow card for diving instead. Aurelio Ignazio hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. 23 minutes into the match, Forest Green's goal looked a bit too open when Miguel Ángel Converti came free, but Domingos Dolcet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aurelio Ignazio was shown his second yellow card after 23 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 24 played minutes Forest Green got a freekick which was hit by Aurelio Ignazio. After 25 played minutes, Casres's Miguel Ángel Converti shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Domingos Dolcet came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Casres reached it. Lino Gonzo made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Jem Jajecznica sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Forest Green's Enzo Gora got a free kick in the 27th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Enzo Gora managed to get in a good position for a shot. Forest Green's supporters rose to their feet, but Enzo Gora was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lino Gonzo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Domingos Dolcet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andrzej Ziolkowski in the 33rd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Andrzej Ziolkowski in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Domingos Dolcet prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Domingos Dolcet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clay Goodson, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. After a rather tough play, Forest Green's Ovidio Reynardo got a free kick in the 39th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enzo Gora in the 41st minute of play forced Casres's goalkeeper Lino Gonzo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Enzo Gora kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Domingos Dolcet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clay Goodson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

51 minutes into the match, Forest Green's goalkeeper Domingos Dolcet had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Andrzej Ziolkowski. Domingos Dolcet made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Andrzej Ziolkowski sent off a good shot on target. Domingos Dolcet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andrzej Ziolkowski in the 53rd minute of the match. 55 minutes into the game, Gheorghe Popescu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Casres's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Forest Green the free kick. A collision led to Casres getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Gheorghe Popescu hit a great ball. Forest Green's Enzo Gora got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 58 minutes of play, Casres's Clay Goodson made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Domingos Dolcet was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 64th minute of the match, Clay Goodson tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Domingos Dolcet saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 64 minutes into the game, Clay Goodson recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Domingos Dolcet. Clay Goodson showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Domingos Dolcet didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Andrzej Ziolkowski went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Domingos Dolcet made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Andrzej Ziolkowski sent off a good shot on target. Gheorghe Popescu hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Hernani Arósio hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Lino Gonzo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jem Jajecznica's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. After 85 minutes Casres's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Enzo Gora who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Forest Green's Lisandro Loreto to fire away a dangerous shot which Lino Gonzo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When Andrzej Ziolkowski came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Casres fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andrzej Ziolkowski couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Jem Jajecznica's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lino Gonzo was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. A collision led to Casres getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Aquiles Valerio hit a great ball. After 92 played minutes, Forest Green's Enzo Gora shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Lino Gonzo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Forest Green reached it. Domingos Dolcet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aquiles Valerio in the 95th minute of the match. Casres played a much better game than Forest Green and deserved their victory. The Forest Green players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
