Modesto Aimar started the match with the kick off. Bover's Guido Ricart managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Leon Macerio in the 3 minute of the game. Modesto Aimar struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Leó Török didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pittsburgh FLOYD Football. Leó Török made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Nemesio Cesario sent off a good shot on target. Konrad Adamski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Leó Török tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 11th minute, Modesto Aimar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leó Török was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Pittsburgh FLOYD Football's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Elvio Barto in the 16th minute. Gavino Peyo made a great header on Pittsburgh FLOYD Football's corner, it was just that Bover's Leó Török managed to reach the ball for a save. The Pittsburgh FLOYD Football fans' excitement grew in the 22nd match minute when Pittsburgh FLOYD Football's Modesto Aimar looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Modesto Aimar in the 26th minute of play forced Bover's goalkeeper Leó Török to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Bover's Leó Török got control of the ball when Konrad Adamski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pittsburgh FLOYD Football were awarded a corner in the 29th minute after Bover's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Elvio Barto took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Elvio Barto got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Leó Török quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Modesto Aimar in the 31st minute of play forced Bover's goalkeeper Leó Török to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd minute, Dante Erramu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nemesio Cesario got free with Leó Török in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pittsburgh FLOYD Football's Victorino Quintin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Samu Guerrero in the 36th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Modesto Aimar in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leó Török prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Pittsburgh FLOYD Football's Leon Macerio suffered a concussion after 45 minutes and had to leave the field. In the 47th minute, Hugon Pryla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Pittsburgh FLOYD Football made a substitution. Sebastián Verón replaced Modesto Aimar. The supporters of Bover booed when Pittsburgh FLOYD Football was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isidro Chorache didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leó Török made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastián Verón in the 55th minute of play. In the 65th minute Nemesio Cesario shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leó Török saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pittsburgh FLOYD Football's Nemesio Cesario got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Bover getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Samu Guerrero hit a great ball. When Sebastián Verón came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Pittsburgh FLOYD Football fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sebastián Verón couldn't finish the play. 70 minutes into the match, Pittsburgh FLOYD Football's goalkeeper Victorino Quintin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Celso Eusko. Leó Török showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anibal Txanton in the 72nd minute of the match. Nemesio Cesario sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 79th minute Hugon Pryla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victorino Quintin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Konrad Adamski took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leó Török. Leó Török dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Hugon Pryla was shown his second yellow card after 84 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Bover's Hugon Pryla got a free kick in the 84th minute. When Anibal Txanton came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Pittsburgh FLOYD Football fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anibal Txanton couldn't finish the play. 90 minutes into the match, Sebastián Verón had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leó Török. Bover's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sebastián Verón was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Bover's Atilano Gonzales was substituted for Ciro Delgado. Leó Török made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nemesio Cesario in the 94th minute of play. Victorino Quintin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Celso Eusko in the 96th minute. After 97 played minutes Bover got a freekick which was hit by Dante Erramu. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Pittsburgh FLOYD Football had played much better football throughout.
