The corner led Viento Norte FC's Marciano Azeari to fire away a dangerous shot which Nofre Colillas despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 19th minute, Marciano Azeari hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 21 minutes into the match, Viento Norte FC's goal looked a bit too open when Igor Hats came free, but Dalmacio Gelacio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Ubaldo Tipular dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Dalmacio Gelacio, 1-0. In the 28th minute Juliano Macena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nofre Colillas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee ignored Viento Norte FC's protests and gave Ariel Colon a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Canalla de Rosario booed when Viento Norte FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ariel Colon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ubaldo Tipular received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Dalmacio Gelacio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ubaldo Tipular made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ubaldo Tipular in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dalmacio Gelacio saved Viento Norte FC from getting behind. In the 56th minute, Radomir Marczyniec left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Viento Norte FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Canalla de Rosario's Stelian Albeanu was substituted for Pastor Tirso. Radomir Marczyniec could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Nofre Colillas made a huge save.
