Carlo Colasante was slow to take the kick. During this time Palmar FC's players had a chance to rest. Anacleto Rivass short, quick shot in the 18thth minute got Franco Sampler to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Sebastian Jayvier scored 0-1 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jaime Dabi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 24 minutes into the match, Palmar FC's goal looked a bit too open when Amado Herensuge came free, but Jaime Dabi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 28 minutes, Sebastian Jayvier made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Palmar FC's Jaime Dabi tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Palmar FC's Jaime Dabi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Jayvier in the 35th minute of play. Franco Sampler made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anacleto Rivas in the 48th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Mercado Paulista F.C's Cristian de Lima was substituted for Sebastian Jayvier. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Anacleto Rivas made a kick off. In the 55th minute, Dionisio Aguirre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jaime Dabi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian de Lima, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 59th minute of the match, Amado Herensuge tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jaime Dabi saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 68th minute Cristian de Lima shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaime Dabi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Serafin Gorbea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jaime Dabi was out of position in the 88 minute of play, and Emir Mecnun capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Emir Mecnun really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5. Franco Sampler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nusrettin Akkanoğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Mercado Paulista F.C's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Caco de Sena in the 95th minute. Paulino Elequemedo was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Mercado Paulista F.C walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
