Tomás Elija was shown his second yellow card after 91 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Anga FC's Fidel Raulo got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mateo Piorno in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vladimiro Sedeni prevented the ball from getting in the gole. For all the effort they put into the match, the Anga FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Villarreal FC.
