The supporters of Lugano con el rojo booed when Los Amigos. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adan Avellaneda didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Ildefonso Gerazan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. Andres Grabiel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match clock showed 17 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Guido Rocendo sped through Los Amigos.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Andres Grabiel. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Elvio Manex in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Andres Grabiel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 21 played minutes Lugano con el rojo got a freekick which was hit by Elvio Manex. 26 minutes into the game, Guido Rocendo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Andres Grabiel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Andres Grabiel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elvio Manex in the 29th minute of play. Guido Rocendo took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Andres Grabiel. Andres Grabiel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Andres Grabiel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Elorri, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. In the 38thth minute of the game Guido Rocendo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Los Amigos.'s Andres Grabiel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 39 played minutes Lugano con el rojo got a freekick which was hit by Elvio Manex. Andres Grabiel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Guido Rocendo's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. Carlos Kemen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anastasio Etxeberri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Guido Rocendo made a kick off. Andres Grabiel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Guido Rocendo in the 54th minute. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Los Amigos.'s goalkeeper Andres Grabiel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Anastasio Etxeberri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Los Amigos.'s Claudio Cresenciano was substituted for Cesar Erasto. Guido Rocendo struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Andres Grabiel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guido Rocendo in the 76th minute of the match. If Adan Avellaneda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
