After 3 played minutes Los Gatos Rojos got a freekick which was hit by Dieguito Milito. Hydra's Orlando Chepe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustavo López in the 5th minute of play. Cristian Truylos's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Orlando Chepe firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 16th minute of the match, Gustavo López got a very nice opportunity to score, but Orlando Chepe was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dieguito Milito in the 22nd minute of play forced Hydra's goalkeeper Orlando Chepe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Orlando Chepe managed to avoid a goal in the 28thth minute, when Los Gatos Rojos's Cristian Truylos fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 31st minute, Camilo Caradaro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mariusz Koperski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mario Emmanuel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dieguito Milito made a kick off. Mariusz Koperski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Manoel Xavier's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. Hydra's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mario Emmanuel in the 61st minute. The corner ended in Mario Emmanuel almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Los Gatos Rojos's Mariusz Koperski did a great save. 何骋烨 charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed 何骋烨 the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 63rd minute, 何骋烨 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dieguito Milito kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Hydra made a substitution. Leopoldo Ladio replaced Mario Emmanuel. After 71 played minutes Los Gatos Rojos got a freekick which was hit by Dieguito Milito. In the 72nd minute Manoel Xavier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mariusz Koperski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 74 minutes into the match, Los Gatos Rojos's goal looked a bit too open when Kris Longden came free, but Mariusz Koperski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Panos Meintanis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Orlando Chepe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 81st minute of the match, Kris Longden tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Mariusz Koperski saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Orlando Chepe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dieguito Milito in the 89th minute of the match. After having played for 90 minutes, Manoel Xavier managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hydra's supporters crossed their fingers, but Manoel Xavier was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Laurin Roca could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Mariusz Koperski made a huge save. With an all-out effort, Hydra's Mariusz Koperski threw himself towards the right post 93 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Leopoldo Ladio, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Domingos Taurino kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. In the 95th minute of the match Panos Meintanis sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Orlando Chepe skillfully saved the ball. When the match was over Hydra could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Los Gatos Rojos throughout the match.
