In the 17th minute Gustavo-Hernán Egoi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yngve Lägdin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka booed when KINROAD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gentil Vaz didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the KINROAD defense, Gustavo-Hernán Egoi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Yngve Lägdin. The KINROAD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Yngve Lägdin should have stopped the shot. Yngve Lägdin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustavo-Hernán Egoi in the 26th minute of play. After 27 minutes KINROAD's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Aaron Jokin who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka's corner Aaron Jokin fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Yngve Lägdin quite easily take care of the ball. Despite this Kepa Arrizabalaga quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over KINROAD's much stronger midfield.
