Antonello Roccuzzo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dário Pinho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abelardo Mark, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. In the 6thth minute of the game Rogelio Policarpio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but San Pedro de Colalao's Gregor Koning was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of San Pedro de Colalao booed when SHIZUOKA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marquinhos Sharkin didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 9th minute Antonello Roccuzzo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gregor Koning saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 14 minutes into the match, San Pedro de Colalao's goal looked a bit too open when Rogelio Policarpio came free, but Gregor Koning reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 19 minutes into the match, SHIZUOKA FC's Rogelio Policarpio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gregor Koning narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gregor Koning came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by SHIZUOKA FC's Rogelio Policarpio. But to his dismay, Rogelio Policarpio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Gregor Koning took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antonello Roccuzzo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rogelio Policarpio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gregor Koning having to make a save. San Pedro de Colalao's Gregor Koning played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rogelio Policarpio in the 24th minute of play. Gregor Koning showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antonello Roccuzzo, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Alejo Clodio could shoot a difficult shot in the 28th minute, which Dário Pinho however easily saved by the left post. 31 minutes into the game, Rogelio Policarpio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Gregor Koning was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gregor Koning made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antonello Roccuzzo in the 34th minute of play. In the 35th match minute, San Pedro de Colalao was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alejo Clodio to maneuver through the defense. In the 36th minute, Rogelio Policarpio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SHIZUOKA FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Gregor Koning didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rogelio Policarpio went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. When the match clock showed 42 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Rogelio Policarpio sped through San Pedro de Colalao's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gregor Koning. The San Pedro de Colalao players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. SHIZUOKA FC were winning 0-5.

The wind increased when Antonello Roccuzzo made the kick off in the second half. If Rogelio Policarpio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Gregor Koning was a little too slow when Rogelio Policarpio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 57th minute. The score was now 1-6. A collision led to San Pedro de Colalao getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Claudio Monte hit a great ball. If Rogelio Policarpio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Rogelio Policarpio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Gregor Koning made a huge save. 69 minutes into the game, Antonello Roccuzzo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-8. Gregor Koning was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 73 played minutes San Pedro de Colalao got a freekick which was hit by Claudio Monte. If Fede Valverde had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. SHIZUOKA FC's Dário Pinho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan Villems in the 77th minute of play. SHIZUOKA FC were awarded a corner in the 82th minute after San Pedro de Colalao's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sekou Mára took the corner. Dário Pinho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alejo Clodio in the 95th minute of the match. When San Pedro de Colalao's Alejo Clodio, in the 96th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for San Pedro de Colalao. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched SHIZUOKA FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
