To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 15 minutes into the match, Racing de Villada's goal looked a bit too open when Leroy Sane came free, but Carmelo Etor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pastor Kinsen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carmelo Etor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leroy Sane, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Racing de Villada's goalkeeper Carmelo Etor, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 38 minutes into the game, Leroy Sane cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1.
