Armando Calisto kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Lisandro Tartalo's late challenge caught a Club Real Cantera's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lisandro Tartalo helped the player get up and apologised. Lisandro Tartalo hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Club Real Cantera's attentive Herminio Lano managed to snatch the ball when Armando Calisto made a throw-in in the 15th minute of the game. With a little luck, Joy Division Athletic's Roberto Abbondanzieri got control of the ball when Emanuel Phelipe tried to sneak it across the goal line. 18 minutes into the game, Peter Lajčin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Gaudencio Frichoso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With his leg Roberto Abbondanzieri managed to avoid a goal in the 21stth minute, when Club Real Cantera's Emanuel Phelipe fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Emanuel Phelipe took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Roberto Abbondanzieri. Roberto Abbondanzieri dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-1. In the 67th minute, Emanuel Phelipe ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Roberto Abbondanzieri was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-1. In the 70thth minute of the game Emanuel Phelipe who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Joy Division Athletic's Roberto Abbondanzieri was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Armando Calisto got his second yellow card in the match during the 73rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 73rd minute, Armando Calisto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 78 minutes into the game, Club Real Cantera's Emanuel Phelipe nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Club Real Cantera's Rolando Schiavi managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Lisandro Tartalo in the 88 minute of the game. Joy Division Athletic's Roberto Abbondanzieri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuel Phelipe in the 89th minute of play. Emanuel Phelipe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 95th minute, Lisandro Tartalo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Emanuel Phelipe came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the Club Real Cantera fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emanuel Phelipe couldn't finish the play. Joy Division Athletic's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
