Tostão Ceresso's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ermegildo Bixintxo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. In the 7th minute of the match Pretorianos FC got a corner. DAMIAN TEAM's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Santiago Valery ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Pretorianos FC's Santiago Valery to fire away a dangerous shot which Ermegildo Bixintxo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. DAMIAN TEAM's Ermegildo Bixintxo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sabino Valverde in the 8th minute of play. When Anastasio Serafo fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored DAMIAN TEAM's protests and gave Anastasio Serafo a yellow card for diving instead. Anastasio Serafo kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. After having played for 11 minutes, Sabino Valverde managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pretorianos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sabino Valverde was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Santos Lauren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Ermegildo Bixintxo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tostão Ceresso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ermegildo Bixintxo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tostão Ceresso, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Santos Lauren scored 0-2 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ermegildo Bixintxo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Sabino Valverde had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. DAMIAN TEAM's Ermegildo Bixintxo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santos Lauren in the 23rd minute of play. Ermegildo Bixintxo came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Pretorianos FC's Tostão Ceresso. But to his dismay, Tostão Ceresso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Ermegildo Bixintxo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sabino Valverde, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th minute, Santos Lauren left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pretorianos FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. 41 minutes into the match, Santos Lauren had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ermegildo Bixintxo. DAMIAN TEAM's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Santos Lauren was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sabino Valverde in the 44th minute of play forced DAMIAN TEAM's goalkeeper Ermegildo Bixintxo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pretorianos FC's Victorino Loren got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pretorianos FC made a substitution. Primitivo Neron replaced Herminio Garaile. After some careless play in the DAMIAN TEAM defense, Tostão Ceresso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ermegildo Bixintxo. The DAMIAN TEAM fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ermegildo Bixintxo should have stopped the shot. Pretorianos FC made a substitution. Hugon Majerowicz replaced Adan Pueblo. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-8.

The wind increased when Joaquin Quintin made the kick off in the second half. Pretorianos FC's Tostão Ceresso got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sabino Valverde fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ermegildo Bixintxo having to interfere. In the 57th minute, DAMIAN TEAM's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Victorino Loren fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After some careless play in the DAMIAN TEAM defense, Sabino Valverde kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ermegildo Bixintxo. The DAMIAN TEAM fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ermegildo Bixintxo should have stopped the shot. A sloppy throw-in by Primitivo Neron in the 63rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by DAMIAN TEAM's Leo Astudillo. Ermegildo Bixintxo came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Pretorianos FC's Tostão Ceresso. But to his dismay, Tostão Ceresso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-10. Sabino Valverde took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ermegildo Bixintxo. Ermegildo Bixintxo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-11. Sabino Valverde sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ermegildo Bixintxo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tostão Ceresso in the 73rd minute of play. Sabino Valverde received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Ermegildo Bixintxo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sabino Valverde succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-14 in the 83rd playminute. With a little luck, DAMIAN TEAM's Ermegildo Bixintxo got control of the ball when Sabino Valverde tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 88 minutes DAMIAN TEAM's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Santiago Valery who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Pretorianos FC's corner Santiago Valery fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ermegildo Bixintxo quite easily take care of the ball. 90 minutes into the game, Joaquin Quintin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. DAMIAN TEAM's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pretorianos FC the free kick. The supporters of Pretorianos FC booed when DAMIAN TEAM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joaquin Quintin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tostão Ceresso received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ermegildo Bixintxo came out and tried to block the shot, but Tostão Ceresso slotted it home off the left post making it 0-15 in the 91st minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Sabino Valverde kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ermegildo Bixintxo. That made the score 0-16 in the 95 minute of play. Sabino Valverde fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ermegildo Bixintxo having to interfere. Tostão Ceresso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 99th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match was over Pretorianos FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than DAMIAN TEAM throughout the match.
