In the 10th minute, Samuel Matro made a precise shot to the right of Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo. Xeneizes's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in Xeneizes's zone, Xavi Guardiola stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo came out of the goal and Xavi Guardiola tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 14 minutes into the match, Xeneizes's goal looked a bit too open when Sérgio Aguero came free, but Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Qi Xun took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Angel Xabel to make any attempt to save it. Xeneizes's Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lukas Lundgren in the 24th minute of play. Qi Xun's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Angel Xabel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lukas Lundgren in the 32nd minute of play forced Xeneizes's goalkeeper Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 33rd minute, Mihai Şelaru hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 34 played minutes POSSE 1911 FC got a freekick which was hit by Nicasio Amor. 36 minutes into the match, POSSE 1911 FC's goal looked a bit too open when Qi Xun came free, but Angel Xabel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Samuel Matro in the 38th minute of play. The supporters of POSSE 1911 FC booed when Xeneizes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mihai Şelaru didn't get a good kick on the ball. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Angel Xabel showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 46th minute, Qi Xun ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Angel Xabel was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lukas Lundgren stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When POSSE 1911 FC's Lukas Lundgren, in the 58th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for POSSE 1911 FC. Osmar Saldanha kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. In the 64th minute, Everardo Bidun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lukas Lundgren in the 67th minute of play. 68 minutes into the game, Osmar Saldanha was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. POSSE 1911 FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Xeneizes the free kick.
