Abelardo Janpier was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Sjoerd Baptist. Emiliano Claude showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Todd Gronow in the 13th minute of the match. Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC's Todd Gronow got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 21st minute of the match Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC got a corner. Pepomania's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC's Inaki Mirabal was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Emiliano Claude in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Todd Gronow in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emiliano Claude prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ildefonso Foro struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Emiliano Claude didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC. In the 28th minute, Todd Gronow left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 34th minute Todd Gronow shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emiliano Claude saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35th minute of the game Anier Canor made a throw-in which Fidel Joachim played forward. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pepomania's goalkeeper Emiliano Claude, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 39 minutes into the game, Todd Gronow cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Emiliano Claude was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 42nd match minute, Pepomania was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aureliano Mambru to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Pepomania's Anier Canor got a free kick in the 43rd minute. In the 44th minute Todd Gronow shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emiliano Claude saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Todd Gronow to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC's Todd Gronow got a free kick in the 54th minute. The throw-in from Anier Canor in the 56th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC's Hipolito Nafarroa. Emiliano Claude was a little too slow when Todd Gronow got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 60th minute. The score was now 0-4. Pepomania's Ramiro Frantzes was substituted for Fidel Joachim. Abelardo Janpier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramiro Frantzes in the 66th minute of the match. Todd Gronow sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, Pepomania's Emiliano Claude got control of the ball when Todd Gronow tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Todd Gronow got free with Emiliano Claude in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC fans' excitement grew in the 81st match minute when Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC's Todd Gronow looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC made a substitution. Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC's Abelardo Janpier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramiro Frantzes in the 93rd minute of play. In the 95th match minute, Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mao Yan Yong to maneuver through the defense. In the 96th minute, Ramiro Frantzes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pepomania fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-6. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
