The audience thought a goal was coming when Melchor Gregory got free with Amado Gamus in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Astor Senio in the 21st minute of play forced Dionisia's goalkeeper Aquiles Senio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 23 minutes into the match, Astor Senio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aquiles Senio. Dionisia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Astor Senio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Melchor Gregory in the 27th minute of play forced Caricancha's goalkeeper Amado Gamus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aquiles Senio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Astor Senio, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. In the 37th minute, Peng Sha Yang left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dionisia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. 40 minutes into the match, Peng Sha Yang had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Amado Gamus. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Șerban Hizo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd match minute, Caricancha was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabio Handi to maneuver through the defense. Amado Gamus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Peng Sha Yang, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Melchor Gregory took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Amado Gamus. Amado Gamus dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Dionisia's Sebastian Cisco was substituted for Florencio Chano. Caricancha's Muni Forró was substituted for Șerban Hizo. 85 minutes had been played when some careless play by Caricancha's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Denis Ereinotz was slow to take the kick. During this time Dionisia's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Dionisia's corner Lucio Garoa fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Amado Gamus quite easily take care of the ball. Arnaldo Beturian's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Amado Gamus read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. In the 91st minute, German Naelio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 96 minutes Caricancha's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Denis Ereinotz who took care of the corner kick.
