The Terremoto FC fans' excitement grew in the 16th match minute when Terremoto FC's Shi Ming looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 18 played minutes Terremoto FC got a freekick which was hit by Pablo Herrera. 22 minutes into the game, Hilario Duarte was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Terremoto FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mitutonio F. C. the free kick. Kenneth Libesoons made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruben Blades in the 23rd minute of play. In the 23rd minute Ruben Blades shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kenneth Libesoons saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bin Abbiati took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Shi Ming, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bin Abbiati showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Shi Ming, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. In the 28th minute Benicio Sugar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bin Abbiati saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 29th minute Hilario Duarte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bin Abbiati saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Mitutonio F. C. defense, Hilario Duarte kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bin Abbiati. The Mitutonio F. C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bin Abbiati should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ruben Blades in the 38th minute of play forced Terremoto FC's goalkeeper Kenneth Libesoons to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mitutonio F. C. were awarded a corner in the 39th minute after Terremoto FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Max Josef Justice took the corner. In the 41st minute Mitutonio F. C. were awarded a corner. Max Josef Justice went to the cornerflag to take it. Kenneth Libesoons made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruben Blades in the 42nd minute of play. Pablo Herrera hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. After 45 minutes of play, Mitutonio F. C.'s Pablo Aimar made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kenneth Libesoons was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Mitutonio F. C. players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Terremoto FC were winning 1-2.

50 minutes into the match, Mitutonio F. C.'s goalkeeper Bin Abbiati had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by C.J. Cox. Bin Abbiati made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hilario Duarte in the 51st minute of play. Kenneth Libesoons showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Savion Lacalle in the 56th minute of the match. 61 minutes into the match, Victorino Gai notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Terremoto FC's Kenneth Libesoons. Kenneth Libesoons was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Terremoto FC's Edgard Tirso was substituted for Jonas Lore. Terremoto FC's Jeremias Macedo was substituted for Shi Ming. Bin Abbiati came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Terremoto FC's Jeremias Macedo. But to his dismay, Jeremias Macedo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gaston Laurentzi got free with Bin Abbiati in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 78 minutes into the match, Mitutonio F. C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Hilario Duarte came free, but Bin Abbiati reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when C.J. Cox got free with Bin Abbiati in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Ruben Blades managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mitutonio F. C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Ruben Blades was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kenneth Libesoons breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 89th minute Hilario Duarte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bin Abbiati saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 92 minutes into the match, Hilario Duarte had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bin Abbiati. Mitutonio F. C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hilario Duarte was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-4. Bin Abbiati was a little too slow when Jeremias Macedo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 96th minute. The score was now 2-5. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Terremoto FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
