The supporters of Concepcion del Uruguay FC booed when Torino FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Salvador Jerold didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristobal Donio in the 11th minute of play forced Torino FC's goalkeeper Tomás Bonifaco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 15 minutes into the match, Torino FC's Hans-Hermann Spieler sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arnoldo Ramirez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. But to his dismay, Cristobal Donio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Tomás Bonifaco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristobal Donio, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. The audience was convinced that Cristobal Donio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tomás Bonifaco was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. Arnoldo Ramirez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hans-Hermann Spieler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. It was Marcelo Figueroa who took care of the corner kick. 60 minutes into the match, Concepcion del Uruguay FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hans-Hermann Spieler came free, but Arnoldo Ramirez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 62 minutes into the match, Torino FC's Hans-Hermann Spieler sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arnoldo Ramirez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Concepcion del Uruguay FC's zone, Hans-Hermann Spieler stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arnoldo Ramirez came out of the goal and Hans-Hermann Spieler tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Guillermo Jaunzuria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Arnoldo Ramirez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 85th minute Hans-Hermann Spieler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnoldo Ramirez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Torino FC's Tomás Bonifaco got control of the ball when Cristobal Donio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Arnoldo Ramirez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hans-Hermann Spieler went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. When the referee blew the final whistle, Torino FC could leave the field as winners, despite Concepcion del Uruguay FC having more of the ball for most of the match.
