In the 13th minute of the match Pincha FC got a corner. C. A. Adestiempo Juniors's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. In the 88th minute, Pincha FC's German Merexildo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Honorato Primo. Honorato Primo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. The supporters of C. A. Adestiempo Juniors booed when Pincha FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcial Roldanillo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 96 minutes into the match, German Merexildo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Honorato Primo. C. A. Adestiempo Juniors's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that German Merexildo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Pincha FC played a much better game than C. A. Adestiempo Juniors and deserved their victory. The C. A. Adestiempo Juniors players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
