The throw-in from Telmo Nogueira in the 13th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Albardón F.C's Gustavo Barros Schelotto. 13 minutes into the game, Albardón F.C's Xandro Sacristán nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ignacio Di Stasi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. After a rather tough play, Albardón F.C's Clodoveo Tibalt got a free kick in the 16th minute. In the 17th minute Albeiro Usuriaga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geronimo Eleazar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th minute Isótopos V.M. were awarded a corner. Domingo Oihenarte went to the cornerflag to take it. Isótopos V.M.'s Taribo West was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Geronimo Eleazar in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Juan Galo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Ignacio Di Stasi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Isótopos V.M.'s goalkeeper Ignacio Di Stasi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Aureliano Buendia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ignacio Di Stasi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aureliano Buendia in the 36th minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, Albeiro Usuriaga dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Geronimo Eleazar, 1-3. Ignacio Di Stasi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aureliano Buendia in the 42nd minute of the match. Xandro Sacristán fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ignacio Di Stasi having to interfere. Albeiro Usuriaga could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Geronimo Eleazar made a huge save. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Albeiro Usuriaga stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gustaw Jaraczeski got a throw-in 53 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Orvar Carlsson. In the 87th minute, Pedro Domingues got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Albardón F.C's Geronimo Eleazar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Domingues in the 88th minute of play. Geronimo Eleazar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Domingo Oihenarte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 95th match minute, Albardón F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustavo Barros Schelotto to maneuver through the defense. The Albardón F.C supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Albardón F.C would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
