In the 6th minute of the match Pincha FC got a corner. C. A. Adestiempo Juniors's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sergio Macerio ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to Pincha FC's Victorio Hondo getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Carlos Quentin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Toto Arebam, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Carlos Quentin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zacarias Nerio in the 10th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Pincha FC's Honorato Primo threw himself towards the right post 12 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Agustin Silvino, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Marcial Roldanillo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Honorato Primo made a huge save. A nice corner shot did that Sergio Macerio got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Honorato Primo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. A collision led to C. A. Adestiempo Juniors getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Zacarias Nerio hit a great ball. Pincha FC's Darren McDonald was substituted for Carlos-Salvador Bilardo. After some careless play in the Pincha FC defense, Toto Arebam kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Carlos Quentin. The Pincha FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Carlos Quentin should have stopped the shot. Pincha FC made a substitution. German Merexildo replaced Victorio Hondo. C. A. Adestiempo Juniors's Honorato Primo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcial Roldanillo in the 82nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, C. A. Adestiempo Juniors's Celedonio Florinio got a free kick in the 85th minute. After 86 played minutes, Pincha FC's Sergio Macerio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Honorato Primo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Pincha FC reached it. Arnaldo Montrelle kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. After 95 played minutes Pincha FC got a freekick which was hit by Jorge Carrascal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Pincha FC had played much better football throughout.
