A collision led to Academia FC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Alvaro Iraitz hit a great ball. Tiburcio Gaueko didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alexander Palmer went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. If Alfredo Graciani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Growlithe FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 26th minute, when Elmo Jaanovits scored to the left of an out of position Bernabe Armani, making the score, 1-1. Elmo Jaanovits could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Bernabe Armani made a huge save. Academia FC were awarded a corner in the 31th minute after Growlithe FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. 江崇默 took the corner. A nice corner shot did that 江崇默 got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Bernabe Armani quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 39th match minute, Growlithe FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eros Mancuso to maneuver through the defense. Tiburcio Gaueko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexander Palmer in the 46th minute of play. Alexander Palmer scored 1-2 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tiburcio Gaueko, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Academia FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Growlithe FC were winning 1-2.

After having played for 51 minutes, Elmo Jaanovits managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Academia FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elmo Jaanovits was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alexander Palmer in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tiburcio Gaueko saved Academia FC from getting behind. 54 minutes into the match, Academia FC's goalkeeper Tiburcio Gaueko had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alfredo Graciani. In the 57th minute, Alvaro Iraitz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Academia FC's Di Stefano was substituted for Bambang Murzin. A collision led to Academia FC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Alvaro Iraitz hit a great ball. 59 minutes into the match, Academia FC's goalkeeper Tiburcio Gaueko had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alexander Palmer. Tiburcio Gaueko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Barış Ziya in the 76th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Barış Ziya in the 80th minute of play forced Academia FC's goalkeeper Tiburcio Gaueko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 82 minutes into the game, Ahmet Baki Ulualp recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tiburcio Gaueko. Ahmet Baki Ulualp showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. In the 85th minute Elmo Jaanovits shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernabe Armani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Jairo Nuxila was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 87 minutes had been played. In the 88th match minute, Academia FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jairo Nuxila to maneuver through the defense. Tiburcio Gaueko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Barış Ziya in the 93rd minute of the match. The Academia FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Growlithe FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
