A collision led to Celestiales getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Florin Simuţ hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santiago Abreu in the 18th minute of play forced Challacó's goalkeeper Timoteo Gines to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Celestiales's goal looked a bit too open when Emmanouil Tsirigakis came free, but Iker Madrid reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Challacó's Gilberto Eneas managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Mateo Gabino in the 31 minute of the game. After having played for 94 minutes, Eustaquio Eudoxio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Celestiales's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eustaquio Eudoxio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
