Spectators: 9185 (Terracing: 6890, Seating: 2112, VIP seats: 183) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Teofilo Quiroga started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Federales FC Ψ OFF's Bernardino Ruisko got a free kick in the 4th minute. Tincho Palermo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 9th minute, Tincho Palermo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Los Materos FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After some careless play in the Federales FC Ψ OFF defense, Tincho Palermo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ubaldo Lluterio. The Federales FC Ψ OFF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ubaldo Lluterio should have stopped the shot. Tincho Palermo might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ubaldo Lluterio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tincho Palermo ran back to his position shaking his head. Ubaldo Lluterio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tincho Palermo in the 18th minute of the match. Tincho Palermo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Ubaldo Lluterio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Federales FC Ψ OFF defense, Tincho Palermo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ubaldo Lluterio. Ubaldo Lluterio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 36th minute of the match Los Materos FC got a corner. Federales FC Ψ OFF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Braulio Milian ran over to the corner to take the kick. If Tincho Palermo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ubaldo Lluterio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tincho Palermo in the 40th minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Tincho Palermo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Tincho Palermo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 46th minute Tincho Palermo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ubaldo Lluterio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 47th minute Los Materos FC were awarded a corner. Braulio Milian went to the cornerflag to take it. Eleuterio Rufio took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ubaldo Lluterio. Ubaldo Lluterio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tincho Palermo to make the kick off. In the 55th minute Tincho Palermo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ubaldo Lluterio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 58 minutes into the game, Tincho Palermo lined in a short shot 0-6 behind a frustrated Ubaldo Lluterio. Thanks to some nice moves Filomeno Mendebal could shoot a difficult shot in the 72nd minute, which Ubaldo Lluterio however easily saved by the left post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Filomeno Mendebal in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ubaldo Lluterio saved Federales FC Ψ OFF from getting behind. Ubaldo Lluterio made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Horacio Abajas sent off a good shot on target. Pierre-Loup Villaume kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Horacio Abajas got free with Ubaldo Lluterio in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind Federales FC Ψ OFF's goalkeeper Ubaldo Lluterio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Los Materos FC's Filomeno Mendebal slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ubaldo Lluterio. That made the score 0-8 after 80 minutes of play. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Filomeno Mendebal put it in 0-9 from a short distance just to the right of Ubaldo Lluterio. Carlos Larpe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ubaldo Lluterio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filomeno Mendebal in the 90th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 92 minutes, Horacio Abajas took a quick shot and it went in 0-10 without a chance for Ubaldo Lluterio to make any attempt to save it. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Federales FC Ψ OFF's goalkeeper Ubaldo Lluterio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 97 minutes into the match, Carlos Larpe dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ubaldo Lluterio, 0-11.
