Fred Nilsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Roberto Eztebe made a huge save. The supporters of WINNING ELEVEN booed when AFC FUSION was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wojciech Fiszer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fred Nilsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Roberto Eztebe made a huge save. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind WINNING ELEVEN's goalkeeper Jake Leonard, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jake Leonard made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mari Balotelli in the 47th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

With his leg Jake Leonard managed to avoid a goal in the 65thth minute, when AFC FUSION's Mari Balotelli fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 67 played minutes WINNING ELEVEN got a freekick which was hit by Fulgencio Xabel. WINNING ELEVEN's Silverio Gipuzkoa was substituted for Vilhelm Gustafsson. In the 69th minute, Fulgencio Xabel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 69 minutes in the game, Christoff Stocks fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Jake Leonard having to interfere. Leonel Cordaro kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match.
