Cesur Atik could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Arif Ozan Oğuztan made a huge save. With a little luck, Arrecifes's Arif Ozan Oğuztan got control of the ball when Cesur Atik tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cirilo Ritchie blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cristobal Goito having to make a save. Cristobal Goito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cirilo Ritchie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 32nd match minute, Arrecifes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Constantino Roldanillo to maneuver through the defense. Nemesio Opilanos short, quick shot in the 38thth minute got Arif Ozan Oğuztan to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Arif Ozan Oğuztan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cesur Atik in the 39th minute of play. The supporters of Carabata Groove booed when Arrecifes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Constantino Roldanillo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 43 minutes into the match, Nemesio Opilano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arif Ozan Oğuztan. Arrecifes's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nemesio Opilano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Arif Ozan Oğuztan made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Cesur Atik sent off a good shot on target. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Carabata Groove's Caner Bahçıvan was substituted for Nemesio Opilano. Carabata Groove's Hauk Hareide was substituted for Eduardo Domeka. In the 54th minute, Cirilo Ritchie ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cristobal Goito was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Cirilo Ritchie recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cristobal Goito stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cirilo Ritchie's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. Arif Ozan Oğuztan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hauk Hareide, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cirilo Ritchie could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Cristobal Goito made a huge save. 73 minutes into the match, Carabata Groove's goalkeeper Cristobal Goito had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cirilo Ritchie. In the 77th minute, Raul Vigil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arrecifes made a substitution. Felipe Senon replaced Cirilo Ritchie. Arrecifes's Natanael Matorin was substituted for Waldemar Korytkowski. After 79 played minutes Arrecifes got a freekick which was hit by Raul Vigil. Arif Ozan Oğuztan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hauk Hareide, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arif Ozan Oğuztan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hauk Hareide, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. With his leg Cristobal Goito managed to avoid a goal in the 94thth minute, when Arrecifes's Felipe Senon fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The Arrecifes players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Carabata Groove from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
