Marcos Ranolfo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peep Pronk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 12 minutes into the game, Kraig Fred cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Fulgencio Eyague was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kraig Fred in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fulgencio Eyague saved AC LeX Luthor from getting behind. Estudiantes de América were awarded a corner in the 18th minute after AC LeX Luthor's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Maximo Dei took the corner. The corner ended in Maximo Dei almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but AC LeX Luthor's Fulgencio Eyague did a great save. In the 19th minute Cornelio Ruisko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fulgencio Eyague saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Estudiantes de América's goalkeeper Marcos Ranolfo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. AC LeX Luthor's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Matias Porfiro in the 27th minute. AC LeX Luthor's Otto Tenno was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Marcos Ranolfo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Estudiantes de América's Prospero Gabirel managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Otto Tenno in the 39 minute of the game. In the 39th match minute, Estudiantes de América was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Prospero Gabirel to maneuver through the defense. Fulgencio Eyague made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kraig Fred in the 43rd minute of play. When Estudiantes de América's Kraig Fred in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye AC LeX Luthor's goalie prevented a goal. Alvaro Errando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Ranolfo having to interfere. The AC LeX Luthor players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Estudiantes de América were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Peep Pronk to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Alvaro Errando got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Korneliusz Miodek hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Marcos Ranolfo came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by AC LeX Luthor's Peep Pronk. But to his dismay, Peep Pronk quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Fulgencio Eyague made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Traian Blăniță in the 69th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Concetto Trasatti in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fulgencio Eyague prevented the ball from getting in the gole. AC LeX Luthor's Zeledon Savion was substituted for Alvaro Errando. Estudiantes de América's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Maximo Dei in the 71st minute. Fulgencio Eyague made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Concetto Trasatti in the 77th minute of play. Isidro Oliviero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fulgencio Eyague made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Joel Cordarrel sent off a good shot on target. Isidro Oliviero blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marcos Ranolfo having to make a save. Diego Simeone hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Matias Porfiro took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 93rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Marcos Ranolfo. Estudiantes de América's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Marcos Ranolfo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zeledon Savion, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcos Ranolfo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zeledon Savion in the 94th minute of play. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
