Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Kasey Horseman started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Kasey Horseman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 9th match minute, SOGUI UNITED IS BACK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Don Horner to maneuver through the defense. In the 13th minute, Barrie Pollock got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 18th minute, Aaron Sharpe left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SOGUI UNITED IS BACK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in SOGUI UNITED IS BACK's zone, Carl Monk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Franz Lowe came out of the goal and Carl Monk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 26th minute Ray Trotter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Franz Lowe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. SOGUI UNITED IS BACK's Franz Lowe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ray Trotter in the 33rd minute of play. Sean Hazledine was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. After a defensive mix-up in SOGUI UNITED IS BACK's zone, Barrie Pollock stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Franz Lowe came out of the goal and Barrie Pollock tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Huey Harper showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aaron Sharpe in the 42nd minute of the match. Ray Trotter struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Franz Lowe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Borussia Pink Floyd. Ray Trotter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Franz Lowe having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ray Trotter stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Ray Trotter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Franz Lowe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 53rd match minute, Borussia Pink Floyd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carl Monk to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Borussia Pink Floyd's Derek Foster got a free kick in the 61st minute. In the 63rd minute Rod Layfield shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Huey Harper saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Borussia Pink Floyd getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Dennis Warden hit a great ball. Aaron Sharpe's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Huey Harper read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Borussia Pink Floyd's Alex Wilkes got a free kick in the 69th minute. After 71 played minutes Borussia Pink Floyd got a freekick which was hit by Toby Groom. Borussia Pink Floyd's Huey Harper played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kasey Horseman in the 72nd minute of play. In the 82nd minute of the match, Aaron Sharpe got a very nice opportunity to score, but Huey Harper was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 85 minutes Borussia Pink Floyd's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Rod Layfield who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Rod Layfield got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Huey Harper quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. SOGUI UNITED IS BACK's Ted Pitts shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 86th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Huey Harper but with some difficulty. Ray Trotter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
