After 9 played minutes, ⭐Senegal Stars⭐'s Vinnie Wooding shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Doug Sutton came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in ⭐Senegal Stars⭐ reached it. Doug Sutton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Einar Bodin, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Einar Bodin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Doug Sutton made a huge save. The supporters of ⭐Senegal Stars⭐ booed when Defense was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Archie Knight didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Einar Bodin came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the ⭐Senegal Stars⭐ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Einar Bodin couldn't finish the play. In the 20th match minute, ⭐Senegal Stars⭐ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Keith Thurman to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damion Barkley in the 21st minute of play forced ⭐Senegal Stars⭐'s goalkeeper 柯誉沙 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 21 minutes into the game, Shaun Emmerson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ⭐Senegal Stars⭐'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Defense the free kick. In the 22nd match minute, ⭐Senegal Stars⭐ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Shaun Emmerson to maneuver through the defense. Tristan Barton could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Doug Sutton made a huge save. In the 40th match minute, ⭐Senegal Stars⭐ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vinnie Wooding to maneuver through the defense. Eddie Bryant recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Keith Thurman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eddie Bryant stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Doug Sutton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Einar Bodin in the 53rd minute of the match. 54 minutes into the game, Tristan Barton was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ⭐Senegal Stars⭐'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Defense the free kick. In the 54th minute, Tristan Barton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Defense's Damion Barkley managed to work through ⭐Senegal Stars⭐'s defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Damion Barkley dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. ⭐Senegal Stars⭐'s 柯誉沙 proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save ⭐Senegal Stars⭐ from getting a goal against them. Defense's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Bright in the 64th minute. A nice corner shot did that Joel Bright got away a dangerous shot. Despite this 柯誉沙 quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. If Damion Barkley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, ⭐Senegal Stars⭐'s 柯誉沙 got control of the ball when Damion Barkley tried to sneak it across the goal line. 73 minutes into the game, Keith Thurman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Doug Sutton was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 76 minutes, Vinnie Wooding managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ⭐Senegal Stars⭐'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Vinnie Wooding was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Einar Bodin in the 80th minute of play forced Defense's goalkeeper Doug Sutton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joel Bright received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. 柯誉沙 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Shaun Emmerson hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. 95 minutes into the match, Defense's goal looked a bit too open when Einar Bodin came free, but Doug Sutton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
