After some careless play in the Fawards defense, Kris Coote kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rob Dimmock. The Fawards fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rob Dimmock should have stopped the shot. In the 33rd minute, Ben Purkiss reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Rob Dimmock. The goal made the score 5-0. Toby Flynn charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Toby Flynn the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Toby Flynn kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. The Yo-Yo Aria FC fans' excitement grew in the 37th match minute when Yo-Yo Aria FC's Ben Purkiss looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With a little luck, Fawards's Rob Dimmock got control of the ball when Frankie Myers tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ben Purkiss in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rob Dimmock saved Fawards from getting behind. Rob Dimmock took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ben Purkiss, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Af the end of the first half the score was 6-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ben Purkiss was the one to do the kick off. In the 52ndth minute of the game Ben Purkiss who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fawards's Rob Dimmock was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rob Dimmock didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Frankie Myers went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. 58 minutes into the match, Jeremy Emmerson notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of Fawards's Rob Dimmock. Rob Dimmock was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Fawards getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 73rd match minute, Fawards was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jermaine Ellerby to maneuver through the defense. Frankie Myers struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Rob Dimmock didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yo-Yo Aria FC. After 78 minutes of play, Yo-Yo Aria FC's Kris Coote made it 10-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rob Dimmock was left in no man's land by his defense there! 84 minutes into the match, Fawards's goal looked a bit too open when Ben Purkiss came free, but Rob Dimmock reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rob Dimmock showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ben Purkiss, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute.
